Ingredients in Homemade Frozen Butterbeer:

How to make Homemade Frozen Butterbeer:

Freeze 1/2 of your soda in ice cube trays.

In a blender, blend together soda ice cubes, 2 teaspoons butter extract, and regular cream soda.

Pour cream soda mixture into your favorite mugs.

In your blender, mix softened ice cream and remaining teaspoon of butter extract until smooth (we did not clean out our blender in between to give it an buttery flavor).

Pour ice cream mixture on top of butterbeer for frothy finish.

Cast a spell and enjoy!

  • 1 liter cream soda
  • 3 teaspoons imitation butter extract you can find this next to the vanilla extract
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream softened

Instructions

  • Freeze 1/2 of your soda in ice cube trays.

  • In a blender, blend together soda ice cubes, 2 teaspoons butter extract, and remaing cream soda.

  • Pour cream soda mixture into your favorite mugs.

Notes

  • You can find imitation butter extract next to the vanilla extract at the grocery store.

    Hi I found your recipe on yummly website, which I use all the time. I've tried several of y'all's recipes I've found there. I wanted to let you know the pop up to get your emails on this recipe is so big you can get to the "X" to get rid of it & you can't see the recipe because of it. I had to goggle to get it. Please reduce the size of that. I LOVE the great recipes there but the pop up email ads are driving people off. And for most recipes I wouldn't go through the trouble of googling. Thanks for taking care of this & y'all's great recipes!! Merry Christmas
