The customer service overall seemed good to me, although there was a bit of a delay initially in my case due to certain confirmations they had to make. However, once my credentials arrived, I was able to trade smoothly. As for the trading rules, in general, they seem acceptable and in line with other prop firms, which is good. However, from my personal perspective, I'd like them to consider eliminating the minimum trading days requirement as it seems almost unnecessary to me.
